When Min’s escort car hit a youngster, the boy was hurt.

Sunday in Chandigarh, Punjab Minister Baljit Kaur went to the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) in Sector 32 to check on a boy and a girl who were injured by her escort vehicle. The girl has since been released from the hospital, but the boy sustained an injury to his leg and is currently undergoing surgery. The minister claims to have visited the boy’s family and assured them she would pay for his medical care. She added, “I am deeply saddened by the incident.” The minister continued, saying that although the ambulance was late reaching the scene, her security detail drove the wounded to the hospital.
